Classical Music Asia held its last Open Recital for the year on 27 December 2014 in K Conservatory in Kiaraville, Mont Kiara. The 16th Open Recital featured many accomplished performances and hearty audience participation in a round of Christmas carols led by vocal performer Ong Siok Beng.
It was also a time when Malaysia’s East Coast was hit with bad floods that displaced many people. Open Recital attendees contributed towards a fund that was used to buy dry provisions for the victims of the floods.
